Our aim is to get more disabled people working in active leisure.
We work to support disabled people, education providers and leisure employers to create more accessible training courses and inclusive workplaces in the sport, leisure and fitness sector. In 2022 we launch EmployAbility Leisure a collective industry initiative to drive this ambition.
